You have installed Spleak but didn't like her? Ok, maybe it wasn't love at first sight but why not consider keeping the witty brunette on your contact list for a while until she grows older and better? If you have installed the beta, please note that IMT Labs, the company behind the plugin, is actively working on making the intelligent chatterbot more useful, more entertaining and more stable. Now if you really made up your mind and still want to ditch her and get rid of Spleak, follow these instructions. Removal is only possible since the 0.80 beta and later, so if you installed the very first beta of Spleak we recommend installing a later version before proceeding:

1. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel

2. Double-click Software (in the classic view)

3. Look for IMT Labs Plugin and press the button to remove it.

This will remove cloud.exe and all other relevant Spleak files. Feel free to install Spleak again in the future and check out the progress she made.
