Why do Winks always give me a Flash error, telling me I need a newer version?

When previewing, playing back, sending or receiving Winks, some people get an error message telling them they need a newer version of Flash, which redirects them to the Macromedia website. But when they install the new version as suggested, the Wink problem remains.

1) To solve this problem, you need to locate GetFlash.exe (usually C:WindowsSystem32MacromedFlash) and run it.

2) A short while later a new update message will appear and it will download the file.

3) After a system reboot, Winks will finally (!) work for you!
