NetMeeting is Windows real-time collaboration and conferencing client which allows you to participate in virtual meetings, work in shared applications, and share data over the Internet or your company intranet. NetMeeting is present on your system after a full install of Windows XP, but it does not automatically appear in the Start menu until it's activated.
Here are the instructions to activate NetMeeting:
1) Click Start and then Run.
2) Type conf and click OK (or hit Enter).
3) The NetMeeting setup will fire up. Fill out all fields correctly and tick Put a shortcut to Netmeetig on my Desktop (or my Quick Launch Bar). When you finish the Wizard, NetMeeting will launch.
