There are easier methods to include the currently playing MP3 title than just manually changing your nickname every 4 minutes or so.
Below, we'll discuss two addons for (older versions of) MSN Messenger that make showing off your million-of-mp3s-playlist possible.
UPDATE: Versions 7.0.0604 and higher of MSN Messenger 7 allow you to automatically display your current playbacked song as your Personal Message.
#1. WinAmp Auto Nick Changer
WinAmp Auto Nick Changer is an MSN addon written by Monty and has been tested with MSN Messenger 6.1. It automatically changes your MSN nickname to the currently playing WinAmp song, after a certain interval. It will work with any version of WinAmp, but you must have your main contact list window open and don't confuse it using polygamy
.

#2. Song 2 Nick
Song 2 Nick is a Messenger Plus! plugin, so you need the Plus! addon in order to use it. This plugin will automaticly change your name to the current song you are playing. It's compatible with Windows Media Player 9, MusicMatch JukeBox 8.1, WinAmp 2, 3 AND 5. The commands are:
/xs2noptions - shows the options page
/xs2nabout - - shows the about dialog
/xs2npon - - enable current song to nick
/xs2noff - - disable current song to nick
