MSN gave out little statistics on the usage of their MSN Messenger network in Europe. And guess what: The Netherlands is winning with 2.3 million users and an average of 50 buddies per user. The next ones are Belgium with 37 buddies, Spain with 32 buddies and Italy, 11 buddies.

Marc Hoenke from MSN The Netherlands says that “The Netherlands are quite progressive in internet usage and there are many broadband users“

Also new features will be introduced to MSN Messenger:
- From Friday on you will be able have conversations with up to 15 persons.
- Also you will be able to see who’s online by PC, Mobile Phone or PDA (the last 2 get an extra icon).
