Another major update on Timothy`s Charlimit Changer. This time its version 3.1 . New in this version:
- Supports ALL msn versions (even 1.x and 5.x on XP)
- Autostart with windows option (after many requests)
- Fix for 5.0.543 (microsoft changed some names in this version)
- Smaller (in Kb and memory usage)
- Some help and info documents
